Adaptive Layouts, Responsive Façade

This office building was designed to offer spatial diversity and operational flexibility across its levels. Rather than repeating a standard floor plan, each floor is organized with a distinct layout, allowing the building to respond to different working models, tenant requirements, and future patterns of use.

The two upper floors are conceived as a duplex office unit, creating a more generous and integrated workspace with a stronger sense of spatial continuity. This configuration enhances the building’s commercial value by offering a premium office typology within the overall program.

The main façade combines exposed concrete with movable wooden screens, bringing together structural clarity, warmth, and environmental responsiveness. The automated screens regulate daylight and solar exposure throughout the day, improving interior comfort while reducing glare and heat gain.

Beyond their environmental function, the wooden screens give the building a dynamic and ever-changing elevation. As they shift in response to light conditions, the façade becomes both performative and expressive—an architectural layer that reinforces the building’s identity, efficiency, and long-term value.
